Smart Vault
Smart Vault is a new document management software we began implementing last year. It allows our staff and customers to upload, engage, and edit documents in a secure and trusted environment. We will be using Smart Vault this upcoming tax season as a means to send organizers, request documents, and upload final returns. Clients will be able to view and edit their organizers, upload requested documents, and view their tax information from the comfort of their own homes. Keep an eye on your inbox for notifications from Smart Vault as this is our preferred means of sending and receiving your information for the upcoming tax year.
The video will explain how to set up your Smart Vault account*. This video walks through a client or guest user experience logging into the Client Portal for the first time. your account is activated, you can securely upload, view, and communicate tax information with our office.
