Our Commitment to Accessibility

At Apple Blossom Tax Service, Inc., we want everyone to be able to access the information and services available on our website, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We are committed to making www.appleblossomtaxservice.com accessible to people with disabilities and are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our website, make improvements, and work to address barriers that may affect visitors.

Accessibility Improvements

 

We have reviewed our website using the Wix Accessibility Wizard and made improvements to support accessibility, including:

• Adding and updating alternative text for images.

• Improving heading structure and organization.

• Reviewing and correcting color contrast.

• Improving the accessibility of buttons and links.

These updates are intended to make our website easier to navigate, understand, and use.

 

Ongoing Improvements and Known Limitations

 

While we have made improvements, some areas of our website are still being reviewed and updated.

Website Forms

Our existing website forms passed the Wix Accessibility Wizard review. We are transitioning to updated Wix forms to further improve accessibility and usability.

SmartVault Instructional Video

Our website includes an instructional video provided by SmartVault, the secure document management service used by our clients. Because this video is produced by a third party, some accessibility features may be outside our direct control.

We are continuing to review these areas and address identified barriers where possible.

 

Accessibility Testing

 

Our website has been reviewed using the Wix Accessibility Wizard, and the improvements identified above have been made.

Comprehensive manual accessibility testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader testing, has not yet been completed. We intend to conduct additional accessibility testing as part of our ongoing website improvements.

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, but we do not currently claim that every part of the website fully conforms to this standard.
